Now Operating in Utah
2011.09.09
I have now setup operations here in the Salt Lake City area. After having been in North Carolina for a year, and Hawaii for nearly three years prior, I’m in a cooler, high-altitude environment that offers new creative opportunities in photography. This web site design is also new to coincide with the change in location, and to feature my available services with event, modeling, and feature photography.
Starting Video Experiments
2011.09.03
I am starting to hit up video a little and made this short clip from a recent helicopter training flight, filmed with my new GoPro HD Hero. I am planning on making a full "production" based upon my flight training for each certificate/rating attained as I progress.
Official Release: Soul Stealer - Combat Photographer Patch
2011.08.04
My first non-military graphic design to be turned into a physical product, the Soul Stealer Patch, is a patch for Combat Camera and Public Affairs service members to rock when they want to show their awesome superpower of stealing souls. Thanks to MilSpec Monkey for making this product happen.
about
I’m a photographer currently operating in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. I learned my craft from the most hardcore fighting force known to mankind: the United States Marine Corps. I served over four years as a Combat Photographer, supporting Information Operations and documenting training, combat operations, events, ceremonies, and crime scenes in Iraq, Hawaii, and North Carolina. During my downtime, I would cover the occasional event or modeling assignment to build my portfolio, and that’s what I grew to love.

If my name is associated with a photograph, then I need to be proud of it. That is my standard. I don’t work with half of my effort: I give it one-hundred-percent. Whether I’m helping a new model build a portfolio, covering a promotional event, or taking some simple portraits for someone, I give it my all and constantly look for unique and creative shots to make the final product stand out above others. I am confident that you’ll be impressed and pleased with the final product and fast turnaround, and will want to shoot with me again.
services
I dabble in everything. If you don’t see it specifically listed, I can probably still support it anyway: just contact me with the details and we’ll work it out as soon as possible. My primary area of operation is Salt Lake City and the surrounding area, but extended mileage can be discussed during the quote process. Additionally, all photographic packages may include digital copies, print options, special post-processing, and other options, with a quick turn around time that, in normal cases, averages around one week from the date of the shoot to the completion of production. Verified active-duty military members, wounded warriors, and their immediate families may also receive a significant discount based upon the service requested.

I'm available to cover events such as product promotions, parties, get-togethers, behind-the-scenes documentation, graduations, marksmanship competitions, physical training sessions, military homecomings, ceremonies, concerts, etc… Bottom line, if something is happening, I can document it. Additionally, people such as aspiring and active models looking to update their modeling portfolio, teens needing senior photos in their favorite environments, couples wanting shots of them and/or their loved ones doing the things they love, or even those desiring some steamy shots for their significant others are all types of photographs I'm familiar with producing. Does your business want to feature its work and employees through photos that can be used for advertising or simple around-the-office decoration? Do you have a new product and need photos of it in action? Do you just have a cool idea for a photo series that you want to collaborate on? Let's do it!
